Nathan Contreras is the owner of 615 Van Go. Nathan is a retired Army First Sergeant and an Aviation Master Mechanic. He grew up in the California High Desert region, hiking, backpacking, riding dirt bikes, and camping. The call to nature is the Contreras family creed and the family’s way of life. Along with his wife Ada and his two sons, Nathan Jr. and Rollie, they love to tackle the great outdoors.
Whether it is heading to Yosemite, Pismo Beach, or King of the Hammers in Lucerne, Switzerland, the family enjoys being one with nature. That’s where the inspiration for 615 Van Go emerged. He wanted to establish a van conversion company that would allow others to travel the open spaces in America.
Nathan took it upon himself to intern with an established van conversion company in Southern California to learn the specific skill sets to convert your dream van into a reality. As a retired helicopter master mechanic, Nathan’s career has been driven to ensure that each and every helicopter that he was responsible for was always 100% fully mission capable. Now, he will ensure that your van will always be 100% mission capable.
Nathan and 615 Van Go want to give you the van that will allow you and your family to explore and discover the off beaten path. “Let’s get the van and go.”
